Yoga is meditation in motion aimed at
integrating mind, body and spirit. The body
stretches, holds positions, strengthens
and gains flexibility in a fluid dance of
breath and movement. Odyssey Journey participants
who have stress in their work or home lives,
or have chronic pain or concerns about bone
health or fatigue, benefit greatly from
adding yoga to their Odyssey Journey programs.
