An Odyssey Journey fitness trainer is
knowledgeable about cardiovascular health,
anatomy and muscle physiology, flexibility
training, and strength training. Your exercise
program, when designed and guided by Dr.
Hayward and a fitness trainer, becomes an
exciting, varied and dynamic process to
which you will look forward. Your trainer
will monitor and modify your technique with
every exercise to minimize the chance that
you will injure yourself and to maximize
the benefits you reap from your fitness
experience.
