  • One-hour consultation with Dr. Hayward to discuss your medical history and current health concerns, including a physical examination focused on your cardiovascular health, sources of pain, lifestyle stresses and barriers to developing an optimal fitness program.

  • Odyssey Journey Assessment detailing Dr. Hayward's review of your medical issues and her recommendations for your Odyssey Journey experience.
